  1. To maintain the safety of the administration center, manage the sites and keep the space clean.
  2. To handle general affairs, protection groups and other general affairs of Secretariat.
  3. To manage the maintenance of Secretariat dormitory open space.
  4. To handle matters regarding the management of objects, properties and payrolls of Secretariat.
  5. To maintain and repair equipment of the administration center including machines, water and electricity facilities, air conditioning, fire safety equipment, and civil engineering and architecture, etc.
  6. To manage energy matters in the administration center.
